Main Accountabilities (list key missions: 6 maximum, use action verbs):
•Drive marketing planning and implement accordingly in Greater China Territory;
•Adapt and implement sales tools and area lead generation activities and identify/collect local proof statements supporting product claims;
•Assist in defining target customers to secure sales efforts are spent wisely;
•Lead and manage campaigns to effectively commercialize new products/new initiatives;
•Provide overall marketing support to the territory;
•Drive regional opinion leader programs and visit key accounts;
•Gather, analyze and communicate competitor intelligence;
•Train sales force, and secure training of local application specialists in new products;
•Localize e-commerce/direct marketing channel ensuring customer contact database development and quality standards are achieved;
•Ensure that input to the global product pipeline from the region is communicated to the corporate channels.
•Annual Marketing Plan for designated territory and 5-year plan for Industry products through analysis of Market trends, corporate budget guidelines with strategies and Transfer price.
•On-going customer/competitor feedback to Product Marketing;
•Monitor Country Sales force accounts and opportunities, win/loss statistics;
•Follow up on lead generating activities;
•Establish Country pricing strategies and drive annual business planning.
•Monitor the progress of scientific studies/ product evaluations organized by different technical representatives of different territories.
•Provide a total launching plan for new products.
•Business development project in contact with R&D department and Corporate marketing managers

Typical Studies-Experience, Skills and Qualifications:
-College degree or above in Pathology & clinical diagnostic or relative discipline
-MBA degree preferred.
-Over 5 years of working experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably in large medical diagnostic companies.
Skills and Qualifications:
-To maintain high standard of in-vitro diagnostic knowledge especially Industrial microbiology, Immunology & molecular biology
-To maintain high standard of professional and personal conduct
-To maintain high standard of Management skills
-Proficient in Reading and writing in English
