As Field Service Apprentice based in Madrid you will manage the Customer Service of systems under your responsibility: preventive, curative maintenance and updates/upgrades) in compliance with procedures.

 

What will be your missions at bioMérieux?

  • Organize the activity related to preventive and curative maintenance, and/or interventions related to Windows Obsolescence update (software and/or hardware update)
  • Organize the activity : preventive and curative maintenance, updates, response timed, administrative management (field reports memo, business expenses, agenda, activity reports…),
  • Manage spare parts inventory in accordance with the recommendations
  • Identify opportunities to sell maintenance contracts to private labs, hospitals or industry and work together with the commercial team to help them to qualify and develop this opportunities.
  • Fully autonomous, proactive, be a force for bringing forward proposals and reinforce manager’s message
  • Contribute to the action plan definition to the solving of breakdown with Service Engineer or field application specialist, pilot transversal mission on the long run
  • Bring technical support to colleagues on systems on which he/she has experience and competence
  • Will evolve as a referent in at least one « strategic » range and able to advise teams before sale or system engineers on solutions or highly technical ranges
  • Be able to support other field service teams across Iberia Cluster.

 

Who are you?

  • Professional Studies (FP), Bachelor Degree, Master Degree in IT/Electronics/Maintenance
  • Experience minimum between 0 to 1 years
  • Valued knowledge in healthcare / industry environment
  • Good command of English level and Spanish will be required.
  • Customer Service acumen, analytical & synthesis mind-set, availability, people agility
  • Ability to solve complex problems thanks to proven technical experience
  • Driven License and Availability to travel 60%

 

Role based in Madrid with availability to travel throughout the Iberian peninsula and abroad for training or specific projects.
