Major Responsibilities
▫ 8 to 12 years sales experience including direct customer management
▫ Handle direct sales process skillfully.
▫ People with experience in dealing with major local bio production sites are preferred.
▫ Understanding pharmaceutical regulations(local, global)
▫ Microbiology background
▫ Good to have lab experience to understand customer needs.
▫ MRO experience is preferred to handle direct customer.
Qualifications
▫ Direct manage top bio production customers including the preparation process for converting indirect transactions into direct transactions.
▫ Build strong relationships with Top bio-production site (including each manufacturing sites)
▫ Plan how to establish and maintain bio-production account relationships in order to achieve annual sales objectives(growth, revenue, margin).
▫ Ensure a sufficient number of visits to bio-production customers, respecting the objectives set in the territory.
▫ It actively supports all activities related to customers. (application, supply issue etc.)
▫ Work closely with other HC sales teams to close strategic other bio-production account opportunities.
▫ Provide marketing and competitive information to corporate and field organizations, having a complete understanding of each Key account’s business needs.
▫ Initiate any special value added programs, Host VIP, customer user symposiums and sales symposium.
