Key Account Manager

Location: Seoul, Korea, Republic of
Position Type: Unfixed Term

Major Responsibilities

8 to 12 years sales experience including direct customer management

Handle direct sales process skillfully.

People with experience in dealing with major local bio production sites are preferred.

Understanding pharmaceutical regulations(local, global)

Microbiology background

Good to have lab experience to understand customer needs.

MRO experience is preferred to handle direct customer.

 

Qualifications

Direct manage top bio production customers including the preparation process for converting indirect transactions into direct transactions.

Build strong relationships with Top bio-production site (including each manufacturing sites)

Plan how to establish and maintain bio-production account relationships in order to achieve annual sales objectives(growth, revenue, margin).

Ensure a sufficient number of visits to bio-production customers, respecting the objectives set in the territory.

It actively supports all activities related to customers. (application, supply issue etc.)

Work closely with other HC sales teams to close strategic other bio-production account opportunities.

Provide marketing and competitive information to corporate and field organizations, having a complete understanding of each Key account’s business needs.

Initiate any special value added programs, Host VIP, customer user symposiums and sales symposium.
