We are looking for a Business process owner who will work and grow within the quality post market department (quality management of commercial operations, vigilance, field action and distributors world wide) and will report to quality post market VP within a team of 12 co-workers.


What will be your responsibilities at bioMérieux?


Position details


  • Part of the postmarket quality team which is in charge of the management of clinical commercial operations, vigilance and distributor processes and their implementation world wide (around 150 people worldwide based in more than 40 countries)
  • Responsible for defining, developing, and executing strategies which ensure full compliance of bioMerieux distributor quality processes from end-to-end (creation to stop of distributor contracts). It includes implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement of the process.
  • Proactively identify critical compliance gaps in order to lead remediation action plan, as well as improvements plan to ensure a robust, and sustainable quality process
  • Act as the global quality representative on assigned distributor projects, while working with the local subs representatives to ensure business process harmonization across all regions. The objective is to developp efficient quality processes with our distributors ensuring 25% of bioMerieux total revenue ( around 600 M euros in 2019).
  • Act as a critical business partner to Supply Chain, General Managers, sales and distributor management leaderships, gathering their business needs and providing key insights and recommendations for actions
  • Liase with all regional distributor management teams, sharing best practices in context of overall company strategies


Who are you?


  • Knowledge and skills:
    • Master Degree in Ingeneering 
    • Quality management system expert
    • Knowledges in IVD Standards and regulations


  • Talents and qualities:
    • More than 5 years of experience in Quality management positions
    • Successful experiences in an international/multicultural setting and role, driving execution and results by influence
    • Project management skills
    • Leadership
    • Business and Customer oriented
    • Ability to drive change in a multicultural and international context
    • Strong relationship skills, good oral and written communication, good presentation skills.
    • Demonstrates diplomacy and firmness as well as a strong proactive behavior
    • Fluent in English

Being on an international scope, the position can be based in EMEA or ASPAC or LATAM
