What will be your missions within bioMérieux ?
Within the Global Field Actions team, we are looking for a Quality Coordinator Customer Service to contribute to our process. Your role will be :
Realize products traceability using tools available or by contacting the appropriate departments.
Monitor the implementation of Field Actions by sending reminders to subsidiaries / distributors and measure the implementation rate through performance indicators (subsidiaries and distributors).
Consolidate subsidiaries and distributors returns.
Support local field action actors on the documentary and process aspects, while managing priorities
Analyze traceability reconciliation data and participate in the implementation of corrective actions.
Who are you ?
You have a minimum of 2 years of higher education in management/business administration. Ideally, you have an experience in sales administration in an international environment.
You are autonomous, pragmatic and rigorous.
You have a very good knowledge of excel (pivot tables for example).
Ideally, you have a good knowledge of SAP.
You have analytic capacity and know how to synthesize large number of data.
You demonstrate the ability to adapt to a changing environment.
You are fluent in English.
