The Supply Chain Performance department is accountable, at corporate and local levels, for the robustness and efficiency of Supply processes. The department drives Supply Chain transformation  through a roadmap of projects worldwide, with the constant objective of improving customer satisfaction. The team is also accountable to document and share best practices, deliver and maintain the relevant KPIs to measure and improve the overall Supply Chain performance of the company.

 

What will be your responsibilities at bioMérieux?

 

  • As Business Process Referent for the Equipment & Spare Parts domain, you develop expertise on the following processes:
    • Distribution & Transportation for Equipment & Spares (dedicated network implementation, drop shipments, drop points management, trunk stocks management, urgent deliveries…).
    • Reverse logistics, supporting the implementation of the Reverse project at company level
    • Inventory Management and Installed Base interaction for Equipment & Spares
    • Specific process for Equipment & Spares order entry (instrument configurations management, orders for technicians using the CRM order entry module, leadtimes and cut offs)
    • Reporting and KPIs requirements
    • Interactions with other Supply Chain operational processes and cross-functional interactions with other departments (Finance, Customer Service, …)
  • By developing a strong knowledge of these processes and the solutions supporting them, you are able to leverage users knowledge within the organization. You identify training needs, contribute to establish documentation, from process description to user instructions necessary to support it.
  • You animate a network of key stakeholders worldwide, used as a community to share best practices, review pain points, communicate new changes on the Equipment & Spares domain. You will be in charge to extend the geographical scope of the network.
  • You ensure proper usage of systems, by understanding the underlying business processes. You apply this knowledge to solve problems, you work closely with the IS team and Process Experts from other domains to deliver, maintain, troubleshoot and enhance system functionalities. You proactively propose opportunities to optimize the process you are responsible for and you implement some of them in continuous improvement mode.
  • In an intensive context of transformation of the Supply Chain with a key objective to improve customer satisfaction, you collaborate with the different project leaders to bring your expertise as a support of the projects, mainly during the design, testing, and hypercare phases. This task will represent at least 50% of your workload.

 

 

Who are you ?

 

  • Master’s Degree ideally with specialization in supply chain or planning operation
  • You have a minimum of 3 years of operational experience as an actor or owner of Supply Chain processes in an international context.
  • You have good communication skills necessary to popularize and harmonize processes, reach consensus and propose innovative solutions.
  • You have a strong capacity of analysis and sense of support, you are comfortable with ERPs (ideally SAP / CRM is a plus) and IS systems in general.
  • Your English is fluent.
