The Supply Chain Performance department is accountable for the robustness and efficiency of Supply Chain processes and their transformation through a roadmap of projects, with the constant objective of improving the customer satisfaction, reaching operational excellence and supporting Business development. The department is also accountable to deliver and maintain the relevant KPIs to measure and improve the overall Supply Chain performance of the company.

 

What will be your missions at bioMérieux?

 

You integrate the team as Supply Chain Performance Officer, where you ensure the functional management of the Performance domain, you have a direct connection with the Supply Chain Leadership team, participating to its governance and supporting Supply Chain directors and their teams to steer at best their processes performance.  In order to reach these objectives, you are accountable for the following missions:

 

  • Define the transformation strategy and effort to support the Supply Chain Performance, contribute to the department long term plan, by supporting the Supply Chain teams in leveraging maximum value from the data consumed and generated by their processes.

 

  • Maintain and enrich the different reporting and analytics tools to respond to the Business evolution and the requirements of the Supply Chain collaborators: new processes to monitor, additional data acquisition, collaborative work with other departments, new technologies opportunities.

 

  • Follow up the Supply Chain project portfolio progress with the different project leaders, consolidate the tracking of planning, budgets, statuses of the different projects to share a comprehensive summary of the transformation performance on regular basis.

 

  • Ensure the performance of Supply Chain processes is properly measured, that the data used by departments to monitor their activity and process performance is properly structured, documented, that KPIs are shared and harmonized worldwide.

 

  • For strategic KPIs, execute the reporting, communicate on results, analysis  and improvement plans, estimate and propose targets to the leadership team. Actively contribute to the improvement of the performance by facilitating analytics methodologies to the teams, leading collaborative actions and synchronizing efforts to reach the targets.

 

  • Lead or actively contribute to specific projects likely to improve processes performance cross functionally: process automation (RPA), process mapping & mining, new technologies related to data and artificial intelligence.

 

To accomplish these different missions, you will functionally lead a team of 2 Supply Chain Data Analysts and rely on the Reporting referents organization spread across the Supply Chain department worldwide. Your leadership and vision will energize this functional workgroup and set a dynamic and ambitious pace to meet Supply Chain Performance and Data objectives.

 

Integrating the Supply Chain Performance team, you will develop a close relationship with your colleagues: Process Owners and Referents from the different domains (Logistics, Planning, Customer Supply…) , Referents and Project Leaders from the different domains (Logistics, Planning, Customer Supply…) to maintain together the Performance framework needed for each process.

 

As part of the team, you will also have a direct contact with bioMerieux IS department to ensure you have the appropriate tools and technologies to accomplish your missions. Finally, you will develop strong links with other functional departments (Finance, Manufacturing, Service…) and counterparts from other functions to work out the end-to-end process performance.

 

Who are you?

 

  • Master Degree in Supply Chain, you have a minimum of 7 years experience in project and/or operational roles where you have developed a solid background on Supply Chain Performance and Data Management
  • Recognized as a great facilitator, you have adaptive leadership skills to animate and develop cross functional workgroups spread across the organization with different backgrounds and cultures.
  • You adopt a structured approach on problem solving, continuous improvement and project follow up that you can efficiently communicate in written and oral to a large diversity of roles & functions.
  • You are curious and open to innovation, able to embrace quickly new functional subjects and can contribute to a vision elaboration.
  • English fluent.
