PRIMARY PURPOSE AND OVERALL OBJECTIVE OF THE JOB
In order to drive service contract sales and demonstrate the service value at customer sites. Set short and mid-term service sales strategies and enhance the penetration of service offer into end user, Improve customer satisfaction and sales potential through excellent service delivery.
1. Promote service contract selling through co-working with distributor channel and actively on-site visit.
2. Develop great relationships with new and existing customers, understanding their needs and providing proactive advice and solutions what we can deliver.
3. Get to know the local market to support plans for service sales growth
4. Lead and support the internal sales team to deliver success and suggest opportunities for continuous improvement.
5. Use the CRM systems to manage the sales opportunities and the team performance, developing the further sales plan in terms of the market trends.
6. Demonstrate how we can deliver the best experience to customers and keep the lab high efficiency and valuable delivery.
7. Foster a positive and pleasant working relationship with members of the customer service sales team.
KNOWLEDGE, LANGUAGE AND EXPERIENCE
1. Education : Bachelor degree or above
2. At least 5 years’ experience in customer service, sales team, preferably in medical device industry
3. At least 2 years’ experience of service sales.
4. Business or data analysis experience is preferred.
5. Excellent presentation and communication skills in English
6. Be ability to manage complex business requirements and relationship
