▪ Sales capability enhancement
1) Deployment of Value Training packages, equipping sales teams to promote the value of our solutions to multiple stakeholders involved in decision making
▪ Customer targeting and value proposition
1)solution selling & coverage optimization
Coordinate and drive MP4I preparation and implementation in collaboration with Product Managers by providing necessary frameworks and customer/market insights.
Build and regularly maintain commercial database which can be leveraged to find business meaning
2)Value optimization & price efficiency
Support sales team in proposing competitive and profitable commercial offers
Deployment of Value+ and CPQ (Configure Price and Quote)
▪ Sales and marketing effectiveness
Ensures that the right sales and marketing processes and systems are in place to maximize the effectiveness of the sales and marketing activities.
1)Validate sales leads and opportunities through CRM and maintain sales funnel process.
2)Merge various marketing activities into commercial database
3)Define Key Performance Index which will represent commercial effectiveness and monitor it regularly. Make those KPI figures provide insight/implication into the factors behind sales performance aligned with company project
