MARKETING TRAINEE

 

Primary Purpose and Overall Objective of the Job:

Reporting to the Product/Market Manager, the Marketing trainee is responsible for supporting  the  implementation of Marketing Action Plan. Enthusiastic, positive and collaborative, the candidate will support mainly digital communication, marketing materials and Showpad  platform update and products life cycle management such as phase in phase out . He/she will actively participate into the Marketing, Sales Force meetings.

 

Main Accountabilities:

  • Marketing Action Plan (i.e. M4I) supporting implementation in collaboration with Product/Market Manager and Product Manager.
  • Digital marketing activities (e.g. e-communication for launch of new products, acquisitions, clearance, events,… ) and promotional material management in collaboration with Marketing team and Digital Marketing.
  • Support and implement the organization of marketing events/activities in Italy (National-Local Congresses, Meetings, Workshops, Trainings).
  • Product life cycle management (e.g. PPO, item creation..).
  • Support Product/Market Manager and Product Manager on ad hoc projects implementation.

 

 

Typical Studies-Experience, Skills and Qualifications:

  • Biology degree is required for the role, additional experience in marketing and/or project management will be a plus.
  • A previous experience in the healthcare sector might be a plus.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills to all levels of the organization (technical, sales, management) – effectively communicate across numerous functional areas and strong public presentation skills required.
  • Must be analytical, articulate, organized and self-starter with strong sense of accountability and follow through.
