Customer Supply Manager Switzerland 100%



Organize and manage sales and after-sales administration to ensure customer information, delivery and invoicing, supply services, and complaint handling to maximize customer satisfaction.




  • Lead a team of 5 people : Manage and monitor  team's workload and performance, define objectives, methods and skills needed,
  • Drive budget/resources for his/her perimeter,
  • Steer the different operations handled by his/her team  in a timely and compliant manner :
  • Orders management including returns (Reagents and Equipment)
  • Secure invoicing process for reagents and EQ
  • Ensure customer master data accuracy, customer pricing structure and implementation.
  • Ensure management of complaints in collaboration with the other departments (warehouse, transport, finance, quality…),
  • Secure invoicing process for reagents and EQ and services
  • Manage supplier performance:
  • Local WH
  • Carriers SLA
  • Follow-up Team Performance through implementation of KPI’s and identification of opportunities to improve and fix recurrent issues,
  • Implement specific services to customers in collaboration with sales and supply chain teams,
  • Secure close cooperation with other departments (Customer Service, Sales, Finance, HR)
  • Act always having end customer satisfaction and E2E process approach




Studies and experience

  • Bachelor / Master degree in Logistics /Supply chain
  • 2– 3 years’ experience in Sales Administration or Supply Chain department
  • 2– 3 years’ experience in managing a team


Skills and Qualifications:

  • French, German &  English (spoken and written) 
  • Experience in using SAP and Good level in IT tools ( Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint and Word)
  • Customer oriented and able to work in a cross multicultural environment
  • Team spirit, multi task and pro-active.
