We are looking for a Global Segment Manager to join our Cell & Gene Therapy (C>) Marketing team within the Global Industry Healthcare Marketing department.
C> is a new area of medicine that is redefining the way serious diseases are treated/cured. It is a fast growing market in which quality control solutions play a key role to ensure safety and timely delivery of treatment to patients.
What will be your missions at bioMérieux?
Lead the marketing activities to contribute to the C> market development strategy.
Engage local, regional marketing and sales teams to execute and deploy plans according to the strategic marketing and business development objectives of the C> market.
Develop market accessibility activities and define positioning according to priority targets, pricing and communication policies in close collaboration with C> teams, regions, subsidiaries and solution managers.
Identify the voice of the customer and share key information across the organization (coordinate market research, market reports, conference reports, etc.).
Develop and implement marketing programs, sales and marketing training and communication tools for the C> market (internal and external audiences).
Design marketing plans with communication and campaign strategies for C> target segments, key accounts and key stakeholders within the ecosystems to position a portfolio of value-added solutions.
Participate in key conferences and promotional events.
Pilot competitive analysis within the healthcare marketing team.
Who are you?
Bachelor or Master degree in Life Sciences and/or Marketing, MBA is a plus.
Minimum 7 years of experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
Strong business and analytical skills.
Fluent in English and French.
Excellent communication skills and ability to "distill" complex topics into simple and clear messages for various stakeholders.
Results oriented with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
Up to 15% domestic and international travel.
