The Quality System & Support team is in charge of providing harmonized and simplified processes and tools. It ensures a full alignment in the deployment of quality strategy within the Company and is looking for an Internal communication Manager who will be part of a team of 3 team members who are dedicated to Quality training and communication.


What will be your responsibilities at bioMérieux?


As Internal Communication Manager, you are the main interlocutor for Quality teams, you build and deploy the department’s communication strategy in an ever-changing environment. Your role is key to develop, inspire and sustain the Quality mindset within bioMerieux in line with the Quality vision.


The activity consists of 2 axes:


  1. Definition and deployment of the communication strategy for the Global Quality department
    • Promote and share broadly the initiatives (Quality Roadmap) of the Quality department through a dedicated communication plan then measure the impact
    • Ensure consistency of communication media, respecting graphic charter
    • Closely collaborate with corporate communication department
    • Create and disseminate communication media (newsletter, emailing etc…) and events production/coordination


  1. One Quality Community - Communication “Subject Matter Expert” for all the Quality topics (global and local), routine and project
    • Be the communication key « go-to-person » for all quality projects/tools/process, provide the teams with expertize and communication good practices
    • Coordinate/plan/prioritize communication activities within Global Quality
    • Animate a cross-function network of Quality communicators (Quality reporters league)
    • Represent Quality in the company network of communicators
    • Manage and animate internal communication spaces (community management : Yammer, Intranet…)


Who are you?


    • Master’s degree in communication
    • 2 to 5 years experience in a regulatory environment in a similar role
    • Project management and/or Change Management background is appreciated
    • Project management and/or Change Management background is appreciated
    •  Excellent written and oral communication skills in English. French is appreciated
    • Autonomous and rigorous, strong interpersonal and listening skills, you are a team worker, comfortable with an international and muticultural environment
    • Creativity, educational approach
    • Understanding of business needs
    • Proatic and agile mindset
    • PC skills mandatory : Office 360, Adobe suite
