Associate Manager, HR Support Hub

Position Summary:

Be the first line contact for questions from team members, managers, executives, and HR colleagues regarding HR procedures, processes, and policies, with global consistency and local applicability.



  • Write, maintain and support a variety of reports or queries using appropriate reporting tools
  • Manage the onboarding and new hire orientation activities (i.e. offer letters, drug testing, background checks, communication, I-9, data entry, etc.)
  • Have ownership of HR Case Management and Employee File Management processes and forms in addition to being a system administrator
  • Manage the programs such as gifts, reimbursements, credentialing, communication, etc.
  • Assist/Manage PO and invoice payment process for HR
  • Create/improve/maintain HR processes/projects
  • Oversee the timely completion and accuracy of team member data in the HRIS/Payroll databases
  • Provide training to all new HR members to ensure accurate data processing in HRIS/Payroll systems
  • Serve as the primary point of escalation for the HR Case Management and Employee File Management systems
  • Develop/train/coach HR Hub team members
  • Oversee HR processes/projects
  • Coordinate and manage the HR Support Hub team (3+ members), organization structure, work methods, resource optimization, budget control, training and development plans. 
  • Set and monitor key performance indicators for his/her area of responsibility. 
  • Perform all work in compliance with company quality procedures and standards.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.


Experience & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 1+ years of indirect or direct management experience required.
  • 6+ years of experience in HR administration and compliance
