As a Global Commercial Performance manager, you will report directly to the CRM/CVM Commercial Performance Director. Your main responsibility will be to enhance the CVM process and deploy it across bioMérieux markets.

You will drive, through the CVM process, bioMérieux growth, influence and revenue by creating and deploying compelling data-driven, analyzing tools and process for business performance enhancement, supporting regions and subsidiaries.


You will play a critical role in ensuring relevancy and driving differentiation across segments resulting in better relationships, market share, commercial organization and revenue always focusing on leveraging the commercial performance of the organization.

What will be you mission within bioMérieux?

  • Lead the CVM process in a context of transformation & Commercial experience.

  • Identify impactful enhancement and key performance indicator in order to monitor and improve commercial targets as well as to ensure the commercial organization is effective and in line with the group strategy.

  • Lead in full autonomy the CVM process as well as training of the Commercial performance champions (Methodology/process/tools).

  • Establish and maintain relationships with Key business partners (Country Manager, sales director, etc…) to ensure alignment of strategy, goals and projects that maximise value.

  • Participate and support new commercial organization setup.

  • Lead sales potential analysis and customer/products portfolio segmentation process.

  • Roll-out the process with subsidiary (Kick-Off, segmentation, operating model analysis & Workshop as well as Steering committee.

  • Formulate recommendation and follow-up of subsidiary the CVM action plan.

  • Work with the regional CVM teams to deliver CVM projects and ensure best practice CVM standards across all regions.

  • Identify new innovative opportunities and industry leading CVM strategies.

  • Identify and engage the right people from a solution perspective to ensure the appropriate expertise is assigned to the CVM process and operationalization as well as action plan.

  • Create solutions and proactively build solutions for known market needs across bioMérieux, knitting together assets in bundles that can be readily deployed to address key subsidiary “pain points.”


Who are you?

  • Master degree in Finance or Business with at least 7 years of experience in commercial performance.

  • Deep understanding and experience of solution development, commercial performance drivers, consumer experience and problem solving.

  • Strong experience in analysing both quantitative and qualitative data, and drive meaningful implications and recommendations from those data.

  • CRM experience is a must (Salesforces experience will be a plus).

  • Ability to push new ideas; recognized for your ability to bring and drive innovative solutions

  • Ability to easily integrate change to understand customer’s evolving strategic needs, the current and potential future market environment.

  • Ability to work in a team with a collaborative mind-set; ability to work in a multicultural environment.

  • Ability to lead internal team with no hierarchical link.

  • Ideally, a good understanding of medical device products and services.
