1 Primary Purpose and Overall Objective of the Job:

l The role is responsible for technical support, troubleshooting and conducting internal training, contributing to technical service department to launch and develop relevant project including new and key products support, team management and other project required by company.
 

2 Main Accountabilities:

- Leading team to provide effective on-site and second line support for dealers and end users. Be responsible for analyzing the equipment performance and making the further action to improve customer satisfaction and intimacy.

- Working with operation team to maintain the reasonable spare part inventory level ensuring meet customer/distributor needs, set up proper inspective mechanism for the defective spare parts in high value.

- Being capable of managing assigned project related to service parts, In terms of business strategy to set up the service plan and meet the needs of market.

- Communication with global team and need to cascade latest information for local service person and be proactively involved in regional and global project and transmit the information/ knowledge and action to local team.

- Being responsible for developing team including technical skills and service business intelligence. Set up the metrics to monitor the performance of the team and motivate the engineer to be more committed.

3 Typical Studies-Experience, Skills and Qualifications:

3.1 Studies-Experience:

- BS degree in technical field or equivalent work experience

3.2 Skills and Qualifications:

- At least 2 years team management experience.

- 5-10 years’ experience in technical support/help desk role or related experience

- Experience in a medical equipment service environment preferred

- Experience in delivering technical training.

Current knowledge of
medical/electronic technology preferred
