The Management Information Systems (IS) is fully involved in bioMérieux’s digital transformation strategy  worldwide. Our IS teams are in charge of key projects such as the global deployment of our Salesforce CRM solution, SAP and IoT (Internet of Things). They also lead “proofs of concept” related to innovative services with high added value for bioMérieux’s activities. They partner with specialized stakeholders on reference technologies (SAP HANA, Salesforce.com, Amazon Web Services, SAP Cloud Platform or Microsoft Office 365) to contribute to the constant improvement of bioMérieux’s services.

Supplier & Inventory Manager- in Salt Lake City, UT (20% remote – 80% on site until full reopening).

 

The Big Picture – Top Skills You Should Possess:

  • At least 3 years’ experience in Supply Chain / Inventory management.
  • Should have advanced Excel & powerpoint, proficient in Word and Outlook.
  • Reliable & must be able to prioritize

 

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Monitor the local inventory to ensure appropriate level based on SS, demand & forecasts;
  • Performs replenishment and stock management on local flows;
  • Follow-up & alert if needed the central teams in charge of global replenishment for global flows;
  • Monitor & support the interfaces with our 3PL warehouses;
  • Monitor & support the domestic transportation activities with our 3PL carriers;
  • Ensure a good level of communication within the team regarding the supply & inventory status;
  • Drive supply chain continuous improvement through on demand analytics, KPIs tracking and root causes analysis;
  • Support the master data setup for Phase-in/Phase-out & LCM events;

 

What You Need to Bring to the Table:

  • Bachelors preferred (Technical or Analytical).
  • At least 3 years’ experience in Supply Chain / Inventory / Warehousing. Some minor demand planning.
  • Experience in planning and replenishment flows.
  • Should have advanced Excel & PowerPoint. Proficient in Word, Outlook.
  • Reliability, flexibility & able to prioritize.
  • Ability to work in multi-cultural environment.
  • Sense of ownership, rigorous.
  • Analytical and Business mindset.
  • Strong IS skills (SAP, Excel). Basic knowledge of Tableau is a plus.
