  1. Perform work in compliance with company policy and within the guidelines of bioMérieux/BioFire Diagnostics’ Quality System.
  2. Main point of contact for order entry application (SAP Fiori) used by internal customers.
  3. Review orders for accuracy and completeness.
  4. Work with developers for continual improvements of Fiori application.
  5. Enter and track orders in accordance with established processes and procedures.
  6. Monitor Internal Order email inbox daily.
  7. Coordinate with Shipping and Materials Management to ensure timely delivery of orders.
  8. Coordinate with production departments to ensure product availability.
  9. Work with internal and external customers to provide data as requested.
  10. Assist with other Finance/Accounting tasks as needed.
  11. Performs other duties and special projects as assigned.

Training and Education:

Requires High School Diploma or GED. College level accounting course work is preferred.

Experience:

Preferred: 
2 years of order entry and management.
1 year of experience in the accounting field.
Experience with SAP or sales order entry a plus.

Skills:

Intermediate to Advanced MS Excel, MS Word, MS outlook, and communication skills are necessary.
