Primary Purpose and Overall Objective of the Job (to be defined in only one sentence):
- Provide all the supportive activities, such activities including but not only limited to, daily operations to Marketing Directors, marketing data collection; marketing data analysis; office administration tasks to the marketing teams, etc.
Main Accountabilities (list key missions: 6 maximum, use action verbs):
-Coordinate and maintain the Directors’ calendar, schedule, conference, travel arrangement, logistics, etc. Initiate and revise entries for meetings, appointments, travel, etc., and assist in prioritizing activities.
-Compose and send correspondence requiring initiative and independent judgment and knowledge of Company operations and policies.
-Exercises discretion and diplomacy at all times and recommend solutions and develop office administrative procedures and methods
-Correspond and maintain good relationship and communication with relevant different department managers, Corp function colleagues and ordinary staff with other teams
-Providing complex office administrative support to the PMs in SH in the areas of procurement, budgeting, report preparation and staff communication
- Finalize minutes of marketing meeting and activities to be part of procedure or action plan
-Keep filing of all record in a structured way for further analysis
-Involvement relating to sales and marketing support assigned by the manager.
-KOL database maintenance and agreement management

Typical Studies-Experience, Skills and Qualifications:
-Bachelor of Arts degree above with major in English, Business Administration , marketing or equivalent.

-Open minded, optimistic personality.
-Responsive, proactive, self-motivator with excellent service attitude
-Proficiency in both spoken and written English, French is preferred
-Excellent oral and written communication skills
-Good interpersonal skill, honest and reliable
-Good team work player and the ability to work under the pressure
