Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems requested by end users via telephone calls, email, or personal request. Reports to Information Systems manager. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Works under immediate supervision.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
Training and Education
Microsoft certification or equivalent experience.
1+ years working in Microsoft network environment, including Microsoft Active Directory service and Microsoft Exchange 2000.
Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
