Job Summary
Event and Meeting Coordinator II works independently on and serves in a support role to the Marketing Communications (MarCom) Event and Trade Show Manager Event and Meeting Coordinator III and on the completion of moderately complex events and meetings assigned to the Marketing Communication Team. Event and Meeting Coordinator II performs a variety of different tasks including coordinating and leading meeting with stakeholders to gain understanding of event or meeting purpose and goals, research venues, site visits, site selection, create and maintain agenda, manage outside vendors, room blocks, meeting rooms, food and beverage, décor, attendee gifts, compliance with venue regulations, budget tracking and reporting on moderately complex events and meetings.
The Event and Meeting Coordinator II supports multiple moderately complex events and meetings simultaneously in different stages of completion. The Event and Meeting Coordinator II should be comfortable in a leadership role and be able to effectively and efficiently communicate meeting plan details and execution plans under the direction of MarCom Manager or Event and Meeting Coordinator III.

Physical Requirements
The ability to occasionally lift 15-20 pounds; remain seated for extended periods of time; and travel short distances often and quickly (i.e., from one meeting to another). Ability to maintain mental focus for extended periods of time.
