This VIE will take place in Moscow, Russia. During this assignment, you will be part of a team with international scope, and responsibility to communicate with executive managers, middle managers and operational users. As part of a team you will be responsible for a complete E2E process and successful interaction with local team, in conjunction with project team and project manager. This role requires the acquisition and maintenance of learning about multiple functions, including functions outside the standard scope of experience.

 

What will be your mission?

  • Contribute to local business transformation projects (preparation, training & user readiness, data cleansing & preparation, testing, solution adoption, support ).

  • Develop a good knowledge of the Global ERP SAP solution for back office Service processes and Sales administration.

  • Develop a good knowledge of the CRM Salesforce solution for front office Sales, Marketing and Service processes.

  • Participate in workshops to understand business needs, assess how they are covered either by SAP, CRM or any other local solution and identify potential gaps.

  • Manage and/or contribute to workshops to design target solutions and adaptation of processes and the associated business roles.

  • Participate in solution testing and support end user testing.

  • Support users training to execute business processes, including enabling IS Solutions.

  • Promote the usage of global processes and solutions, and contribute to the sharing of best practices among users.

  • Contribute in data preparation activities, data cleaning, and data review as required by the project.

  • Support the improvement of data quality by using and modeling best practices.

  • Contribute to the support of users at the request of the business and in alignment with IS support standards and processes.

  • Collaborate consistently with Process referent community to insure cohesion of project and global model.

 

Who are you?

  • Master’s degree in a relevant discipline and 1 or 2 years of relevant operational experience in an industrial context which used ERP and CRM, ideally being SAP and Salesforce.com.

  • Demonstrated experience working across functions and/or in projects.

  • Successful experience in an international/multicultural context.

  • Strong computer skills, especially with ERP, CRM, any reporting tools, and MS Office environment.

  • You have strong communication skills, especially ability to explain clearly and be assertive, both in writing and orally.

  • You have a demonstrated team spirit, you will be required to work with French and US teams.

  • Facilitation skills, leadership, analytical thinking.

  • You are rigorous, structured and autonomous.

  • Fluent English and good knowledge in Russian.
