Ingenieur Industrialisation (F/H)

Missions

Rattaché(e) au Département Industrialisation MSO au sein du site Grenoble / Verniolle, vos missions principales seront :

• Apporter support technique, résolution de problèmes et expertise technique aux services de manufacturing
• Prendre en charge des projets d’industrialisation en collaboration avec les services interfaces
• Assurer le suivi et la mise en place de nouvelles matières premières ou de nouveaux process dont il a la charge : participation ou organisation des réunions, création et mise en place de la documentation technique, planification des lots, respect des plannings.
• Représenter le service Industrialisation et MSO au niveau d’équipes projets. Assurer le suivi et le traitement des problèmes techniques (fabrication et contrôle).
• Elaborer des analyses de criticités et prendre en charge la réalisation des expérimentations associées.

Profil recherché / Compétences

De Formation Ingénieur ou Docteur en biologie, vous possédez une première expérience dans la gestion de projet au sein d’un environnement industriel de préférence dans le diagnostic in vitro .

La connaissance de la biologie moléculaire, de la plasturgie, de l’automatisation des process de production est un plus.

Vous maitrisez le français et l’anglais. Rigoureux(se), doté(e) d’une forte ouverture d’esprit, vous êtes leader dans ce que vous entreprenez et savez faire adhérer votre équipe à vos projets. Votre capacité à travailler en mode matriciel, et en équipe, en interface avec différents métiers vous permettra de réussir dans la fonction.
