Within the Global Industry Customer Service (GiCS) Department as an Instruments and Systems Technical Specialist, you will be part of the Application Specialists and System Engineers for the Food industry team. Your main responsibility will be to support the Blueline range.
What will be your missions at bioMérieux ?
Conduct system investigations (at the interface between different business lines), support claim reviews, define and implement action plans to maintain the performance of the installed base.
Identify the impact of any change on the system, manage system modifications, ensure the completeness of pre-release testing and execute system integration test.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of existing products, the development of new products and associated services by representing the technical voice of the customers and especially in terms of maintainability.
Who are you ?
Degree in engineering or biotechnology. Ideally, you have a first successful experience in a similar position for 3 to 5 years.
Experience in customer support and/or biology would be a plus.
Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to communicate with a variety of interlocutors.
You are naturally rigorous, autonomous and organized.
You have a strong customer orientation.
You are proactive and able to handle several projects at once.
You speak English fluently.
