Following company strategy and relevant procedure to work closely with sales manager and distributors in order to achieve sales goals.
主要职责 / MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES
Dedicated to the region sales for all related product range;
Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made;
Build the sales target per period with manager and distributor and achieve the target;
Develop new market opportunities in the designated region;
Focus on field Sales activity and report appropriately in order to achieve Sales targets;
Communicate new product and service opportunities, special development, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to relevant colleagues.
知识、语言和经验要求 / KNOWLEDGE,
LANGUAGE AND EXPERIENCE
1. Bachelor degree or above major in Microbiology/Industrial Diagnosis/life science or relevant fields
2. At least 3 years’ sales related experience in health-care industry (device, imaging, pharma…) IVD preferable with experience dealing with Governmental labs or Industrial sites, etc.
3. Good local network
4. Open for Travel within the designated region
