IS Operation team propose an Internship around IS contract portfolio industrialization.
A Vendor Management Practice has been implemented in order to standardize best practices around Vendor and Contract Management. Practice Leaders have in charge to document, educate, assess IS contracts in collaboration with other stakeholders: Sponsors, Purchasing Leaders, Finance, Contract Managers, Contract Owners.
The objective of the internship is to support them to collect reporting needs coming from stakeholders and Leadership Team, to automate data collection and reporting, to co-animate workshops and trainings with Practice Leaders and document best practices and Vendor Management process.
Prerequisites
IT background and interest in IT topics
Good level in Excel, collaboration and automation tools
Eager to learn
Multitasking
Continuous improvement and action plan oriented
Excellent relationship skills
Good level in English
