INVISIBLE SENTINEL, a global molecular solutions company based in Philadelphia, is dedicated to providing first-in-class microbial detection tools. The company’s core technology, Veriflow, is a patented, game-changing platform that integrates molecular diagnostics, antibody design, and immunoassays. Veriflow has been applied across multiple industries including food safety and beverage quality.


Position Summary:

The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing various administrative and clerical services in order to ensure effective and efficient operations. His/her direct reporting will be to the Operations Director of the company.



  • Represent executives and company by welcoming visitors, guests, and high-level clients
  • Support HR with onboarding, coordination and reporting metrics
  • Schedule and maintain C Level calendar and travel plans
  • Screen and prioritize incoming communications
  • Manage reporting and reimbursement of C Level expenses
  • Maintain knowledge of company operations, departments, organization and executive’s direct reports
  • Coordinate scheduling conference rooms and internal notification to company of visitors and agendas
  • Assist with planning and coordination of team member recognition and company events
  • Maintain inventory of company office and kitchen supplies
  • Support purchasing activities and master data management


Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years administrative support experience.
  • Excellent computer, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills required. Must be results oriented, and self-motivated.
  • Preferred: Fluency in English
  • Preferred: BS in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance. Candidates with a general life science or biology degree are a plus.
  • Preferred: NETSUITE ERP experience and MS office Suite
