The Algeria subsidiary is looking for a Marketing Coordinator who will assist the Marketing Team in achieving their objectives. The successful candidate will report to the General Manager.


What will be your responsibilities?


Administration Responsibility

  • To fulfill secretarial works such as handling the telephone call and fax, typing, writing minutes for all marketing Meetings monthly meeting, filing documents, etc.
  • To make necessary arrangement for visitors
  • To order, book and record promotional materials;
  • Organize tel-conference and write minutes
  • Prepare meeting documents of Marketing team
  • Purchase / payment processing: advance request / PO processing by SAP / delivery processing / payment application / purchase registration
  • Necessary Arrangement (hotel reservation so on) for visitors from Overseas.
  • Delivery arrangements: Brochure delivery and arrangement of various goods to domestic and overseas
  • Sorting and distribution of mail items Organizing, Planning, and Prioritizing Work — Developing plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish objectives
  • Transfer Inquiries from the Web: Transfer to person/Function in charge
  • Coordinate the arrangements of arrivals and departures to/ from Algeria of our foreign visitors.
  • Identify cost savings opportunities and implement them.
  • Organize events


Marketing Specialist Responsibility

  • Prepare materials for seminars, conferences and exhibitions, such as Invitation Letter, Questionnaire, Brochure, etc.
  • Sort out all sales tools of marketing department
  • Learn products and provide necessary basic technical support in field


Information Management

  • To update customer information like installed base;



  • To prepare reports as required by the General Manager
  • To assist General Manager on Important highlight of North Africa
  • To assist Product Manager/Specialist to update rolling forecast monthly;
  • To analysis sales figures required by  Marketing Manager such as Top10 customer and Top15 products;
  • To update marketing expense and exhibition activities monthly.


Who are you?



  • Graduate in Marketing Management, Business administration, 
  • More than 3 years’ experience of marketing or sales assistant
  • Experience working in the medical/ life science industry


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Hands on experience with ERP and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
  • Discretion, sense of confidentiality
  • Ability to work under strict deadlines Ability to work in an international context
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Ability to acquire a relative knowledge of files and make connections between them
  • Good resistance to stress
  • Fluent in English
