Our Global Customer Service is looking for an Molecular Biology Application Specialist who will report to the GCS Molecular Biology Manager. You will join a team of 15 collaborators. Your main role will be to provide excellent support to our subsidiaries and distributors for our Molecular Biology ARGENE SOLUTION in order to support our growth and retain our customers.

 

What will be your missions at bioMérieux ?

  • Ensure the right level of skills for our local teams, develop their technical skills and autonomy in order to provide an efficient support to our customers.

  • Train and coach local teams to help them bring the best customer service.

  • Create digital training tools for subsidiaries, distributors and customers.

  • Provide technical assistance to subsidiaries and distributors in the field in emergencies and complex situations.

  • Work closely with Project, R&D, Marketing and Regulatory Affairs Departments to contribute to the continuous improvement of our products and services to increase the added value of the service and in the new products launches.

 

Who are you ?

  • Licence or Master In Biology, Biotechnology, Bio-chemistry, Bio-engineering or related field.

  • Ideally, you have 2-3 years of experience in a customer service.

  • You have skills in systems.

  • You have a strong sense of support and coaching.

  • You have strong communication skills and a ability to deliver messages to different audiences with different tools.

  • You are a team player, able to collaborate proactively with teams, especially during training and demonstrations.

  • You speak English fluently (speaking and writing), a second language will be considered as a plus.

  • 15% travels will be required for this position.
