Global Customer Service is looking for a Senior Operational Quality Engineer who will work in the Quality Department and report to the GCS QMR. Your main role will be to act as a quality contact for the Global Customer Service.
What will be your mission?
Support operational teams to ensure the compliance with local / global regulatory requirements and corporate quality systems requirements and especially on the qualification & training / documentation control processes quality & supplier management.
Provide quality advice and expertise for a service project throughout the service lifecycle.
Support GCS managers in the qualification and training of GCS teams and more particularly by ensuring the management of training curriculum and newcomer quality training.
Manage the quality documentation with GCS managers and Writes / rereads the procedures impacted by the projects on the processes for which you will be responsible for.
Evaluate and monitor the performance of GCS suppliers according to their level of criticality.
Support GCS operational teams in the implementation of actions related to Service transformation projects and service projects and audits in connection with GCS quality objectives.
Manage non-conformities, deviations and CAPA within the GCS; analysis of the root causes of non-conformities in order to avoid recurrence and follow-up of action plans with GCS teams.
Participate in the monitoring of indicators of quality tools (Trackwise, ...) to feed process / management reviews, and in the continuous improvement of processes (operational & quality) ...
Who are you ?
Engineer or Pharmacist or Master Degree in quality with at least 5 years’ work experience or equivalent experience in Quality Engineering in health industry .
You must have a knowledge of the interpretation application of relevant Domestic and International Regulations and Industry Standards (e.g. ISO, QSR, MDSAP, GDPR etc.) and have demonstrated your skills in supplier quality management, training management; R&D project involvement .

Ability for analysis and synthesis with editorial fluency
Requires strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Package (Excel, Word, etc.) quality softwares such as Trackwise/ Trackwise Digital.
