Position Summary:

Serve as a first point of contact to all team members for timely Human Resources support.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Be the first line contact for questions from team members, managers, executives and HR colleagues regarding the on-boarding team member experience.

 

HRIS/Payroll administration

  • Maintain accurate team member data in the HRIS/Payroll databases
  • Write, maintain and support a variety of reports or queries using appropriate reporting tools

 

HR Administration

  • Lead all on-boarding and new hire orientation activities (i.e. offer letters, new hire paperwork, background checks, communication, I-9s, data entry, etc.)
  • Plan and execute new hire orientation (i.e. material prep, logistics, scheduling, etc.)
  • Ensure a positive and engaging team member on-boarding experience with consistency among all US sites
  • Maintain cases in HR Case Management and Employee File Management systems
  • Serve as a back-up to HR Hub Specialist in all HR administration tasks related to gifts, reimbursements, credentialing, communication, etc.
  • Collaborate in creating/improving/maintaining on-boarding processes
  • Background check vendor management/monitoring
  • Assist in planning events including the annual open enrollment events, as needed
  • Order office supplies for HR department, as needed
  • Be responsible for the distribution of mail for office locations in which seated
  • All other duties as assigned

 

Studies, Experience, Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 1-3 years of HR experience or;
  • Associate’s Degree with 5+ years of administration experience required
