The Global Medical Affairs Trainee (a fixed term) contributes to the design and execution of Peri- and Post- Launch Studies (PPLS) and Health Economics and Outcome Research (HEOR) to generate evidence of the medical value of bioMérieux microbiology products (antimicrobial susceptibility testing, organism identification, blood culture systems). 

 

Your missions in bioMerieux :

 

  • Synthesizes information from the existing literature to establish a searchable database of evidence and identify gaps for the clinical microbiology portfolio.

  • Contributes to protocol writing and reviews to ensure sound study design and appropriate budget.

  • Supports the coordination for legal contracts, logistics, and training needed to initiate and execute studies.

  • Contributes to monitoring study progress and providing feedback on data shared from sites executing the studies.

  • Contributes to planning and implements effective strategies for data management and statistical analysis.

  • Contributes to the preparation of sites study initiation material.

  • Contributes to mitigating challenges and risks to the timely execution of studies.

  • Contributes to study reports, abstract, poster, and peer-reviewed journal publication of study results.

 

Who are you ?

 

  • Minimum Masters in clinical research focused program

  • Knowledge / past experience in clinical microbiology/ infectious disease studies related to medical devices (preferred)

  • Skilled in data management and analysis (preferred)

  • Acknowledged interpersonal, analytical, communication (oral and written), presentation, and project management skills

  • Team player

  • Strong prioritization and decision-making skills

  • Fluent in English
