We are looking for a permanent IS Business Analyst Learning Management System who will work and grow within the IS department and will report to the Domain Manager of the Business Solutions dedicated to HR and communication within a team of 8 co-workers.
Four years ago, we have chosen the SAP SuccessFactors solution to support the HR business processes. Today, the Employee Central, Performance, Compensation and Recruitement modules are deployed worldwide.
Last year, we launched a new project to implement the Learning Management Software (LMS) of SAP SuccessFactors.
Once this first step finalized, we will carry on with its worldwide deployment in several waves.
You will support the long term alignment of the information system with the strategic and functional needs of the Business, in consistency with domain’s functional strategy and IS architecture standards.
You will be the primary interface between IS and the business teams.
