• Lead and plan support to generate sales of products with growth potential. (Biofire Filmarray Panel, VIDAS, etc.)
• Responsibility and coordination authority for clinician activities related to products with growth potential.
• Product-based distributor management: product introduction, basic technical consultant, etc.
• Provide solution for technical inquiries of pre- & post-sales step.
• Provide business support through various channels, for increasing the probability of the pipeline’s target customer (internal/external training, etc.).
• Present own products or competitor comparison presentation requested by sales team to the customers.
• Participate in revenue generation initiatives through promotion of value added products and services, while developing and strengthening customer and market relationships that result in customer loyalty and positive referrals.
• Manage the TSS team members
• Lead sales-side execution of cross functional projects in collaboration with Marketing and CS.
