The Market Research Manager will be part of the Strategic Marketing team within Global Marketing, Clinical Operations. You will report to the Market Research Director.
Your main role will be to ensure that the Voice of Customer is captured, analyzed and taken into account in strategic decision making, up to downstream. Identify risks and opportunities associated with these decisions as it relates to customers / market acceptance.
What will be your missions at bioMérieux ?
Challenge positively internal research demands to ensure their fit with company strategy.
Identify the best methodological approach to meet the objectives of the research.
Identify the most adapted partner by running watch activities to secure and enlarge our panel of partner agencies and adapt to new types of demands.
Manage relationships with internal customers and partners and secure that research objectives are met.
Own research results and take them an extra mile further to issue recommendations that are actionable.
Communicate research results to key stakeholders involved in the decision-making process (including the Head of Global Marketing, the Head of Clinical Operations and the ExCom).
Generate ideas to constantly improve and renew practices within the department ; Ensure compliance with internal processes (Purchasing, Legal…).
Support Regions and Subs from a methodological standpoint with studies they run on their own.
Who are you?
Master degree in a science/business-related field, with 5 years minimum experience in market research (quantitative ; qualitative is a plus) in the healthcare sector.
Successful track record of collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams.
Work experience in a multi-cultural environment is a must ; International experience is a plus.
In-depth knowledge of both qualitative and quantitative methodological tools for analyses linked to a true business-oriented mindset.
Strong leadership skills to convince, persuade, obtain an audience adhesion ; Analytical and synthetic mindset / Sense of time and priorities management ; Team spirit.
Good communication and presentation skills and ability to deliver complex information into a simplified manner for different audiences.
Ability to deep-dive into technical topics and to deliver high-level and easy to understand analysis.
