What will your responsibilities be within bioMérieux?


Your main mission is to provide a unique employee experience, enable the evolution of company culture and positively impact company strategic initiatives.

As HRBP of a mainly commercial sub of around 70 people,  you will be a trusted Partner who foster engagement and lead transformations

As a trusted business partner you will :

  • Be a member of the sub management team,
  • Support, coach and accompany operational managers in their HR decisions and on HR key processes  : Talent acquisition & retention, Performance management & calibration, compensation and rewards, Learning & development , Talent Management,
  • Advise, challenge and support managers with their teams  on organization effectiveness & change management,
  • Anticipate the workforce needs for the future to cope with the  business needs. Propose actions plan to identify, address competency, knowledge and talent gap.  
  • Perform and contribute to the improvement of HR processes and policies : workforce administration, compensation review and benefits, recruitment, performance and talent management, training. Manage HR Systems and tools
  • Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable HR local requirements. Contribute to maintain an excellent social climate and be the link between the HR tracking tool and the pay-roll company.

To foster People engagement and improve employee experience you will  :

  • Unleash people potentials leading engagement and development  action plans, following mentoring programs, boost leadership capabilities of our managers.
  • Improve work environment and reinforce the sense of purpose and belonging  with CSR initiatives,
  • Manage HR communication
  • Ensure all staff are receiving appraisals in accordance with Company spirit and policies, with care and respect
  • Promote locally the company values and behaviors as a bioMérieux ambassador
  • Work closely with Our HR Center of Expertise (Talent Acquisition, comp& ben, engagement, HR performance)

As a key enabler to inspire and drive change you will :

  • Lead the transformation to enable the evolution of our company culture
  • Support organizational changes with the aim to support the achievement of business goals,  respecting the budget and optimizing the resources   
  • Embrace feed-back culture; help managers develop their respective teams through a continuous feed-back process, supporting also implementation and follow-up of the 360 assessment
  • Provide soft skill trainings

You will report to the METER (Middle East, Turkey and Russia) Regional HR Director and functionally to the General Manager of our Turkish subsidiary. You work closely with the cluster HR team and you contribute to Europe & Middle East HR transversal  initiatives.

Who are you?


Studies and experience :

  • Master Degree
  • Minimum 8 years as HR Generalist in an international environment


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Leadership and intercultural capabilities
  • Experience in initiating,  promoting and supporting change.
  • Ability to influence, interact and lead transversal HR projects
  • Business acumen. Understanding of Healthcare environment  would be a plus
  • Customer oriented (external & internal) & Decision maker
  • Excellent communication skills, good listener
  • Experience in matrix organization
  • Fluent in Turkish and English
