What will be your responsibilities at bioMérieux?
We have an exciting vacancy for an Applications Specialist to support our clinical customers and act as the key point for the customer to ensure a high level customer experience and satisfaction. This a great opportunity to combine technical and scientific expertise whilst focusing on solutions and customers. You will join two other clinical Application specialists and report to the Customer support centre & IT Manager.
In this role your main responsibilities will be to answer internal and external customer requests and lead the troubleshooting analysis to bring the solution to the customer or plan the action response. You will also be responsible for service work order preparations and to update the installed based. You will also be able to participate to company projects including to identify any opportunities and ensure good feedback between the customer and global.
Who are you?
Bachelor of biology required with experience in biology or industrial microbiology environment
Worked in the lab
Willingness to use IT tools including the ERP and office
You must be a good listener, empathetic whilst assertive and be able to manage critical inquires. Key is good organisation skills and excellent communication skills with the customer and solution orientated mind-set.
This role will be mainly based in the Basingstoke office. Training of our products and customer service will be provided as well as development opportunities.
