The Customer Support Agent serves as a key customer service representative and is the initial point of contact for any incoming internal/external customer support requests to ensure high level of customer experience and satisfaction. In addition, the Customer Support Agent is in charge to communicate to internal /external customers about customer service related product changes or quality issues.


What will your responsibilities be within bioMérieux?
 

Supporting the customer support center team with the preparation, support and follow-up of various customer communication projects including various tasks:

  • identifying impacted customers & generating customer tracelists using SAP/Salesforce/Excel
  • proofreading & formatting customer communications in FR/NL
  • sending communication to customers by email
  • tracing executed actions in our internal quality system

 

Who are you?

  • Prior experience as accounting, quality or administrative collaborator
  • Strong administrative skills – you like to dot the i's and cross the t's
  • Excellent computer skills – master current MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Multilingual - good knowledge of English, French and Dutch
  • Coordinating multiple ongoing communication projects with asynchronous tasks
  • Sense of responsibility and accuracy
  • Communicative, stress resistant and like to work in a quality & procedural controlled environment
  • Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others
