What will your responsibilities be at bioMérieux?

The main mission is to provide support to Benelux customers from order entry to invoicing, acting as point of contact for customers’ questions or requests. This position acts as coordinator between logistic partners, shared service center (SSC), customers and internal departments for the resolution of potential issues impacting the delivery or the invoicing of the order in agreement with bioMérieux procedures and standards.

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Grant specific customers’ demands such as same batch delivery, requests from Key Accounts
  • Handle the customer Master Data in SAP, including the creation/modification of prices in the system.
  • Serve as the back up for sales administration daily tasks: allocation, Outbound Delivery creation (VL10 in SAP), workflow, customer care
  • Support internal processes such as blocked deliveries, On Time In Full (OTIF) daily follow-up, batch replenishment in cooperation with other Supply Chain internal teams
  • Resolution of non-technical complaints and proposal/implementation of long-term solutions
  • Support the Supply Chain Manager for sales administration related topics
  • Act as the process expert and/or Key User in projects and Quote to Cash (Q2C) processes improvement.
  • Prepare KPI & reporting for Sales Administration to support decision making

 

Who are you?

Training & Education :

  • Bachelor degree, ideally in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or similar studies
  • Fluent Dutch and English, willingness to learn French

 

Experience & Skills :

  • Proficiency on SAP Sales modules, including price structures and hierarchy in SAP. Experience with other Supply Chain modules would be a plus
  • Good knowledge of Excel and MS Office
  • Customer oriented with a high level of commitment and accountability
  • Ability to take risks and work under pressure keeping final goal in mind
  • Analytical capacity to resolution incidents
  • Proactive attitude and team spirit
