We're looking for a Senior Supply Chain Manager based in Salt Lake City, UT (50% remote – 50% on site).
Position Summary:
As a Senior Supply Chain Manager at bioMerieux, you will steer Cluster Supply Chain activities and processes, is responsible for customer satisfaction & Supply Chain performance at best cost, in line with supply chain guidelines and local regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure alignment on customer service level promises and logistics costs with VP Cluster & SC Head of region, and steer execution.
Control/steer logistics operations for secondary network level.
Approve and monitor SLA of his/her subs.
In alignment with other clusters, continuously improves and harmonizes processes and supply chain team skills within his cluster.
Lead the team manage and monitor team's workload and performance; define objectives, methods and skills needed, in compliance with all applicable regulations; drives budget/resources for his perimeter.
Studies and Experience:
- Master’s degree ideally with specialization in supply chain.
- Strong successful 5-8 years’ experience in end to end supply chain.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Ability to translate goals into action plans (Mastery).
- Sense of ownership (Mastery).
- Change Management (Mastery)
- Customer / Business oriented (Mastery)
- logistics (warehousing and transportation), strong negotiator.
- Sales administration experience.
