The Global Customer Service Microbiology Investigation Unit handles customer complaints and questions and leads investigations.

As the Global Application Specialist Investigation Leader of this unit, you will be responsible for handling all requests from our subsidiaries and distributors. As such, you will be expected to demonstrate leadership in providing effective technical support to our subsidiaries and distributors.

 

What will be your mission at bioMérieux?

  • Provide technical support to distributors and affiliates on our manual microbiology products (PPM, E-TEST, API) and later on other automated microbiology product lines;

  • Coordinate investigations and conduct required meetings with domain experts;

  • Document complaints in Salesforce.com (and, depending on your skill set, investigations in Trackwise Digital);

  • Write responses to customers or to the Vigilance department;

  • Monitor trends on the product lines you will be responsible for;

  • Participate in internal or external audits as a front end.

 

Who are you?

  • Degree or experience in biology, ideally on all or part of the products mentioned above: manual bacteriology and/or VITEK-MS

  • You have a good knowledge of laboratories or hospitals;

  • You have demonstrated your leadership skills and your ability to convince and gain the trust of your colleagues;

  • You have very good communication skills, in English and French, a team spirit as well as a synthetic and analytical mind;

  • You are customer and service oriented;

  • You are autonomous, motivated and able to react quickly to emergencies;

  • You know how to manage priorities and are used to keeping your commitments; you enjoy working in an environment of daily interaction with multidisciplinary teams

  • Your English is fluent, especially in writing; other languages are a plus!
