Production Supervisor

PRIMARY PURPOSE AND OVERALL OBJECTIVE OF THE JOB

• Participate project as user representative with valuable input for Facility design, Equipment Selection and manufacture process establishment
• Responsible for production daily activities to ensure process is fully complied with HSE/Quality/company core value /Compliance requirement.
• Building up organization capability to consistently meet business needs.
• Capable people manager to engage organization.

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. General

• Fully comply with Safety/Quality/Compliance requirement, and support audits conducted in . 
• Deliver qualified product to meet business needs
• Daily production management, implementation of production plan
• Implement LEAN concept in organization  

2Technical & Quality

• Implement technical & quality mindset behavior in production department
• Support TT transfer, especially for manufacture process set-up, production doc structure establishment
• Establish and implement training matrix for production department with diverse training method to build up team’s competency
• Proactively solve issues under guideline, leverage different trouble shooting tools

3Project Management

• Capable to lead/support and implement project task follow project plan/schedule
• Lead and manage resource to achieve business target
• Implement mitigation plan to solve any potential risk.

4People management 

• Develop training material, training plan, qualification matrix for organization. 
• Develop talent to support organization growing healthy.

3.知识、语言和经验要求 / KNOWLEDGE, LANGUAGE AND EXPERIENCE

1.College or Bachelor degree with a > 3 years’ experience in operation people manager position,
2.Knowledge of cGMP, GxP, Problem Solving,
3.Fluent English communication skill.
