岗位设立的目的及目标 / PRIMARY PURPOSE AND OVERALL OBJECTIVE OF THE JOB

Customer order processing to ensure the order to be delivered timely and accurately.
Supply Chain KPI Tracking & Monitoring

 

主要职责 / MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES

To monitor the reagent and instrument sales order status and shipment.
To communicate with customers about/for including but not limited to the Payment pushing, credit limit check, Stock check, shipping control, logistic complaint management, Contract and L/C terms and conditions validation. etc. 
To make sure the goods on time delivery accurately and be conform to Standard process.
Data analysis and Reporting with regards to Orders, Stock availability, Shelf life, etc. 

 

知识、语言和经验要求 / KNOWLEDGE, LANGUAGE AND EXPERIENCE

Bachelor, major in supply chain, commercial administration, logistics or international trading preferred
Supply Chain, Logistics, order processing relative experience 3+ Years
Skills and Qualifications:
Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and be flexible
Familiar with workflow of back office operation
Familiar with ERP-SAP, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PPT, etc.) 
Language skill of English  (basic Oral & Written)
Project leading experience would be a plus
