Position Summary:

Referent for collecting and consolidating data for vigilance and ensure these are documented and known by the business in a global and comprehensive way. Be accountable to provide relevant recommendations & decision triggers to the management in order to maintain/increase vigilance performance.



  • Actively contribute Performance monitoring
  • Guarantee the correct execution of the reporting process: Reports result publication including pre-requisites and follow-up on the action plans with the QMRs when necessary
  • Analyze vigilance and field action data and submit recommendation and decision help to the management in ensure the performance of vigilance
  • Participate to analysis and process (non-conformities, CAPA, audits/inspections preparation (back room)
  • Assist vigilance team in a transversal activities (perform Post Market Surveillance Regulatory Affairs and assist the vigilance specialist to complete administrative part of report to Competent Authorities)


Studies and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree required with 2+  years of experience with medial devices preferred. 


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent ability for analytics data
  • Ability for developing reporting and analysis tools
  • Good knowledge of IS tools
  • Ability to work in an international and intercultural environment
  • Ability to communicate with different interlocutors, stakeholders
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
