The Integrated Solution Manager is in charge of Cross Selling strategy across clinical operations. Working very transversally across franchises, Micro, Immuno Assay and Molecular, you will support region with appropriate cross-selling archetypes & their implementation pathways adapted to customer typology within and outside the lab. You will be involved in defining the commercial strategy about cross selling and requirement of appropriate enablers to bring required tools and training for commercial teams. You will lead the downstream Marketing activities in strong interaction with Regions, subsidiaries, to ensure operationalization of cross selling strategy into local execution. In addition, you will be the primary point of contact to coordinate all the activities related to Antimicrobial resistance initiative. .

 

What will be your mission at bioMérieux?

  • Work very closely with the region and subsidiaries, define all elements to concretely support cross-selling strategy to achieve our ambition and propose an implementation roadmap from 2023 - 2025

  • Impact business by driving the execution of Antimicrobial resistance initiative and Cross Selling strategy by coordinating the support needed by local and regional marketing teams.

  • Drive cross-selling by working  transversally across different technologies & franchises leveraging the AMR/AMS value proposition and adapt it appropriately to customer typology & maturity

  • Drive Account Based Marketing to support cross-selling strategy across region & subsidiaries with:

    • Appropriate product archetypes helping to differentiate with the added value of our combined offer and their implementation pathways

    • Define value proposition to address needs of different stake holders and/or influencers (in & outside the lab) Prepare specific focus on retention of mono & bi-product users

  • Ensure commercial enablers (e.g. pricing corridor, customer selection criteria, incentive plan etc) are in place and appropriated for region/country specificity and well embedded in local marketing and sales plan (including CRM & CVM to support sales team)

  • Create & deploy required training and tools to support cross selling as a whole and of different archetypes by commercial teams and ensure their effective deployment within subsidiaries

  • Create marketing plan (MP4I) involving cross franchise elements and cross-selling enablers and support their implementation at local level

  • Work with medical affairs to strengthen evidence stream, to support cross-selling.

  • Monitor pro-actively the progress on cross-selling KPI and deep dive when necessary to ensure effective implementation of cross-selling strategy across regions and subsidiaries, provide and/or coordinate to bring required support from any global function.

  • Contribute to new product launch & helps it appropriate positioning in cross selling & solution context

  • Contribute to the Communication & Global Congress Plan with MarCom Dept.

  • Contribute to G2M activities: especially in the context where product being launched is supporting any of cross-selling archetype/solution approach.

 

Who are you?

  • Graduate degree in Science and/or in Business/Marketing 6-8 years minimim experience in Marketing or Sales. Experience in laboratory or hospital environment will be preferred

  • Creative & out of the box thinker

  • Having holistic view of business & it’s end to end execution

  • Big picture understanding and ability to coordinate with attention to details

  • Good communication skills,  take initiatives and demonstrate can-do attitude taking complete ownership of given topic

  • Able to handle priorities and deliver commitments on time (result and progress oriented),

  • Experience in Health Care business.
