Position Summary:
When you join the "R&D Systems & Developement" entity, you will be on a team of around 250 people, whose mission is to design, develop and provide support for commercial systems. More specifically, you bring your technical expertise to a team of 15 people in charge of the CLARION® solution, a secure cloud-based analytical solution that collects and integrates data from different sources. CLARION® provides a holistic view of collected lab and clinical data and translates that data into actionable insights visualized on easy-to-use dashboards.
Main Accountabilities:
The definition and evolutions of the software architecture of the CLARION® solution in collaboration with the technical team of the project
Contribution to the technical feasibility and prototyping phases necessary for the evolution of the CLARION® solution, with an active technology watch
Participation in the definition phases of construction projects under the responsibility of the project manager
Advice and technical support on software developments using agile scrum methodology
Contributing to the production of necessary documentation in accordance with established rules regarding design control
Advice and technical support for support teams
Realize your vision by working with and mentoring lead developers to ensure all software components are high-quality and well coded
Assist developers to solve particularly challenging development problems
Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics or related scientific discipline, similar technical field of study, or equivalent practical experience.
10 or more years of experience of Java and web development
You have a global vision of architecture with experience in cloud solutions.
Your experience in supervising and/or coordinating development teams allows you to manage projects.
Your excellent interpersonal skills allow you to convey your ideas while explaining them and listening to those of others.
You know how to adapt your speech to the different interlocutors. Team spirit is essential for you!
You know how to work in agile mode, a scrum master certification would be a plus.
You have experience in cyber security.
