What is your mission ?

When you join the "R&D Systems & Developement" entity, you are on a team made up of around 250 people, whose mission is to design, develop and provide support 
for commercial systems. More specifically, you bring your functional and technical expertise to a team of around 15 people in charge 
of the CLARION® solution, a secure cloud-based analytical solution that collects and integrates data from different sources. 
CLARION® provides a holistic view of collected lab and clinical data and translates that data into actionable insights visualized on easy-to-use dashboards.

You know the world of medical informatics and you like to analyze information processes and user needs in order to find appropriate solutions.
You are comfortable writing functional specifications or user stories and are always ready to bring your expertise to the rest of the team.

 

Primary Responsibilities:
- Define and communicate the vision of the CLARION solution in coordination with the marketing team
- Feed the product backlog and prioritize developments in line with the vision
- Organize the development sprints in collaboration with the developers and the scrum master
- Writing user stories
- Accept or reject the results by checking the acceptance criteria
- Be the main point of contact between the development / testing team and the other project stakeholders
- Evaluate progress on each sprint and match vision with development velocity


What's your profile ?

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a life science or engineering discipline, you have significant experience of at least 5 years in a similar function.
You have a good knowledge of the health ecosysteme
Perfect mastery of agile methodologies
Experience in the use of health communication standards would be greatly appreciated (HL7 prefered).

Vous intégrez l’entité « R&D Systèmes Développement», composée d’environ 250 personnes, dont la mission est de concevoir, développer et apporter un support aux systèmes commerciaux. Plus précisément, vous apportez votre expertise fonctionelle et technique à une équipe de 15 personnes environ en charge de la solution CLARION®, solution analytique sécurisée basée sur le Cloud qui collecte et intègre des données de différentes sources. CLARION® offre une vue globale des données de laboratoire et cliniques collectées et traduit ces données en informations exploitables visualisées sur des tableaux de bord faciles à utiliser.

Vous connaissez le monde de l’informatique médicale et vous aimez analyser les processus d’information et les besoins utilisateurs afin de trouver des solutions adaptées.
Vous êtes à l’aise dans la rédaction de spécifications fonctionnelles ou de user stories et êtes toujours prêt à apporter votre expertise au reste de l’équipe. 
 

Ainsi vos missions sont :
- Définir et communiquer la vision de la solution CLARION en coordination avec l'équipe marketing
- Alimenter le backlog du produit et prioriser les développements en accord avec la vision
- Organiser les sprints de développement en collaboration avec les développeurs et le scrum master
- Rédaction des user stories
- Accepter ou rejeter les résultats en vérifiant les critères d'acceptation
- Etre le point de contact principal entre l’équipe de développement / tests et les autres acteurs du projet
- Evaluer les progrès sur chaque sprint et accorder la vision avec la vélocité de développement


Quel est votre profil ?

De formation master 2 ou équivalent, vous avez une expérience significative de 5 ans minimum dans une fonction similaire. 
Vous avez une bonne connaissance du domaine de la sante. 
Parfaite maitrise des méthodologies agiles
Une expérience dans l’utilisation de standard de communication de la Sante serait grandement appréciée (HL7). 
La maitrise de l’anglais est impérative.
