Position Summary:

Our “IT Solutions – Remote Services & Connectivity” team is looking for a Vilink® System Engineer who will evolve within the “R&D – Systems Development – ​​IT Solutions” department whose mission is to design and develop bioMérieux commercial software. This position will report to the Remote Services & Connectivity manager within a team of 6 employees.

Your role will be to participate in the development and support of the Vilink® product. Vilink® is bioMérieux's global Iot (Internet of Things) solution from Remote Services, providing effective support to our customers in more than 50 countries.

  

Main Accountabilities:

  • Responsible for Vilink® Level 3 support (anomalies investigations) and interface between level 2 support (Global Customer Service) and level 4 support (Software Development) while respecting the procedures in place.
  • Support for new Vilink® configurations of bioMerieux systems (technical documentation, acceptance tests, etc.).
  • Participate in the development and implementation of small product evolutions.
  • To provide KPIs on the deployment of the solution.
  • To train Vilink® users.

 

Studies, Experience, Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in a technical role supporting complex systems.
  • Knowledge of the Iot (Internet of Things) preferred.
  • Knowledge of ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) software preferably Helix (formerly Test Track Suite) from Perforce a plus.
  • Scripting experience preferred
  • Good communication skills and multidisciplinary teamwork.
  • Good organization skills. Autonomy
  • Ability to adapt and understand the bioMerieux industry.
  • Around 4 Business trips per year in France or in USA

Notre équipe « IT Solutions – Remote Services & Connectivity » recherche un(e) Ingénieur Système Vilink® qui évoluera au sein du département « R&D – Développement Systèmes – IT Solutions » dont la mission est de concevoir et développer les logiciels commerciaux bioMérieux. Ce poste sera rattaché(e) au responsable Remote Services & Connectivity au sein d'une équipe de 6 collaborateurs.

Votre rôle sera de participer au développement et au support du produit Vilink®. Vilink® est la solution Iot (Internet of Things) globales bioMerieux de Remote Services permettant d'assurer un support efficace à nos clients dans plus de 50 pays.

Vos missions principales seront :
- La réalisation du support Niveau 3 (investigations des anomalies) de Vilink® à l'interface entre le support niveau 2 (Global Customer Service) et le support niveau 4 (Développement Logiciel) en respectant les procédures en vigueur.
- Le support des nouvelles configurations Vilink® des systemes bioMerieux (documentation technique, tests d'acceptance...).
- De participer aux développements et à l'implémentation des évolutions mineures du produit.
- De fournir des KPI sur le déploiement de la solution.
- De former des utilisateurs Vilink®.

QUI ETES-VOUS ?
- De formation Bac +5 ou d'Ingénieur.
- Expérience significative dans les activités de support de systèmes et logiciels complexes.
- Connaissance de l'Iot apprécié.
- Connaissance d'un logiciel d'ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) de préférence Helix (anciennement Test Track Suite) de Perforce un plus.
- Bonne aptitude à la communication et au travail en équipe pluridisciplinaire, sens du collectif.
- Rigueur, autonomie et organisation.
- Capacité d'adaptation et de compréhension des métiers de la biologie.
- Bon niveau d'anglais requis.
