Internal Communication Specialist F/H




The Global industry Customer Service (GiCS) department is in charge of defining the Service and Support strategies for the bioMérieux Industry Business unit with a constant customer-centric mindset and willingness to contribute positively to bioMérieux growth and profitability. 


What will be your responsibilities at bioMérieux? 


As Internal Communication Specialist, you are the main interlocutor for the GiCS team, you build and deploy the department’s communication strategy in an ever-changing environment. Your role is key to develop, inspire and sustain the industry Customer Service mindset within bioMerieux in line with the Industry Business Unit vision and objectives. 


1. Definition and deployment of the GiCS internal communication strategy 


  • Promote and share broadly the initiatives of the GiCS department through a dedicated communication plan 
  • Manage projects in link with the communication plan: microlearning application development and implementation, CRM “Subject Matter Experts” roll-out, ... 
  • Create and disseminate communication media (intranet, newsletters, emailing etc…) 
  • Manage and animate internal communication spaces (community management : Yammer, Intranet…)  
  • Organize, produce and coordinate department or wilder Customer Service events 
  • Closely collaborate with corporate communication department for events organization 


2. Management of the regulatory and mandatory formal customer service notifications to subsidiaries and end-user customers 


  • Master the Customer Service notifications process to ensure a smooth and rapid communication flow 
  • Review the notifications created by the experts to make sure the knowledge/information transfer from Corporate to subsidiaries is accurate and efficient 
  • Manage the end-users change notifications process within the tools (SAP, CRM mainly) 


More generally, this role is the key « go-to-person » for all GiCS projects/tools/process who provides the team with rigor, creativity and communication good practices. 

Finally, you will act as happiness officer and help to create a friendly environment within the team.


Who are you? 


  • Master’s degree with a strong interest in Communication / Digital Communications
  • 2 tp 5 years’ experience in a similar role 
  • Project management and/or Change Management background is appreciated 
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English. French is appreciated 
  • Autonomous, structured and rigorous, strong interpersonal skills, positive mindset and listening skills, you are a team worker
  • Comfortable with an international and multicultural environment 
  • Creativity
  • Understanding of business needs 
  • Proactive and agile mindset 
  • PC skills mandatory : Office 360, Adobe 
  • Creativity applications management is a plus: Canva, Wistia, Vyond, ...
