The main mission of the Global IT/ Digital product manager is to contribute to this transformation by providing the right level of Digital/IT marketing insights, support and expertise to R&D and Global/Regional/Local Marketing and sales teams to accelerate the customer adoption and implementation, with worldwide responsibilities. This includes connectivity, data integrity, cybersecurity, validations topics…


What will be your mission ?


  • Capture the VOC within the bioMérieux organization (solutions managers, key accounts manager and regions) and externally (events, customers visits…)  to analyze customer needs, market trends, competition for future IT/ Digital solutions development
  • Lead the day to day product management responsibilities (references creation, design of collaterals, pricing update, participation to the G2M process, support…)
  • Contribute to IT/digital Marketing plan by providing recommendations for business model, pricing strategy, positioning, communication…
  • Lead innovation by being the Marketing voice for future IT solutions development in collaboration with the R&Ds, programs managers
  • Lead the launch of new digital/IT solutions with the support of the solutions Marketing team, programs and R&Ds
  • Coordinate the regional IT strategy execution and provide the necessary support
  • Ensure integration of the IT value proposition into the solution promotion (web, print, events...)
  • Design marketing collaterals for cybersecurity, data integrity, validations for each platform
  • Create and deliver trainings (sales value creation and support for commercialization)
  • Translate technical IT information into valuable marketing insight (whitepaper, use cases…)
  • Provide support to the  Marketing and Sales organization for answering to technical IT/Digital questions (connectivity, compliance, cybersecurity…) with Marketing/ Commercial answers


Who are you ?


  • 10 years’ experience in Sales & Marketing experience in BtoB Digital/ IT : Project Management, operational Marketing, product Management, in Pharmaceutical industry
  • IT/DIGITAL  business model and commercial activation experience
  • Good knowledge in IT regulations (Data integrity…21 CFR part 11, cybersecurity, IT integration process)
  • Fluent in English
  • Ability to take initiatives and demonstrate can-do attitude, good communication skills, rigorous & analytical
  • Travel 25 % of the Time
